1.  Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, work, illustrations and images reproduced on The Maghreb and Orient Courier are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, valid worldwide, in accordance with Belgian law (headquarters : Brussels – KINGDOM of BELGIUM), in particular the law of the 30th of June 1994 concerning copyright and related rights, amended by the laws of the 3rd of April 1995, 31st of August 1998, 22nd of May 2005, 4th of December 2006 and 9th of May 2007.

Only private use is permitted (reading and gaining knowledge of the content and printing for personal use) subject to different arrangements, or even more restrictive legislation, with regard to intellectual property. It is forbidden to electronically reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, exploit in any other way or distribute in any other medium or format, electronic or other, the contents and information present on The Maghreb and Orient Courier.

The only exception being that the source (The Maghreb and Orient Courier) is clearly indicated.

2. Restrictions on technological data

The website cannot be held responsible of any material damages connected to the use of the website. Moreover, the user of the website pledges to access the website using recent material not containing viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.
