Il n’y a plus une chambre d’hôtel libre à Téhéran !
La capitale iranienne semble s’être soudain muée en umbilicus Mundi, « the place to be », désormais davantage bondée que Bethléem le soir de la naissance du Messie.
Les émissaires des chancelleries du monde entier, chefs d’État en tête et à la pelle, Français, Italiens, Suisses, Coréens du Sud… les chercheurs, les touristes et, plus encore, les représentants des multinationales de toute la planète s’y bousculent, comme les pèlerins autour de la Kaaba le neuvième jour de dhou al-hijja.
C’est que l’Iran n’est plus « l’État voyou » que Washington et Bruxelles sanctionnaient en chœur il y a quelques mois encore : depuis la signature, le 14 juillet 2015, rapide et soudaine, des « accords sur le nucléaire iranien », l’Iran, en quelques jours, en quelques heures même, en un trait de plume, est redevenu très honorable, dorénavant objet de toutes les cajoleries. Des accords survenus après douze années de tergiversations et de renâclements occidentaux, et dont la soudaineté et l’empressement s’expliquent probablement par le contexte de la lutte contre l’État islamique que l’on sait, où Téhéran, seule puissance régionale disposée à déployer des troupes au sol, s’est de facto imposée comme « le » partenaire de la Coalition internationale conduite contre l’EI par les États-Unis.
Outre sa participation active et déterminée dans la guerre qui se poursuit contre l’État islamique (une guerre dans laquelle les vieux alliés des Occidentaux dans le Golfe ne veulent pas s’impliquer, la très sunnite Arabie Saoudite étant l’une des monarchies pétrolières les plus rétives à combattre ce qu’elle a contribué à créer, précisément pour contrer la montée en puissance des Chiites en Irak et leur allié alaouite en Syrie), l’Iran nouveau d’Hassan Rohani se montre disposé à toutes les compromissions commerciales et financières susceptibles d’aiguiser l’appétit du capitalisme atlantique, dont les leaders, dès lors, ont promptement mis de côté les griefs nombreux et divers qui fleurissaient naguère aux lèvres de leurs diplomates enfiévrés quand il s’agissait de stigmatiser le nucléaire (militaire) de la Perse : un contrat pour l’achat de 118 Airbus, les grandes agences de voyage se disputent les parts d’un tourisme déjà relancé, le pétrole iranien va inonder le marché européen à raison de 700.000 barils par jour… et Federica Mogherini, la Haute Représentante pour les Affaires étrangères de l’Union européenne se précipite à Téhéran, voilée (au cas où elle envisagerait une réorientation professionnelle, on recrute chez Air France…), pour y discuter des modalités d’ouverture d’une représentation permanente de l’UE au « pays des Ayatollah » (comme on disait naguère encore).

The Iranian capital seems to have suddenly transformed into the umbilicus Mundi, “the place to be” – more crowded even than Bethlehem on the evening of the birth of the Messiah.
Emissaries from all governments in the world, heads of state from every corner of the Earth, French, Italian, Swiss, South-Korean… academic researchers, tourists and, in even greater numbers, representatives of multinationals from around the globe all push each other around in Iran, like the pilgrims around the Kaaba on the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijja.
Iran is no longer the “bandit state” that Washington and Brussels sanctioned hand-in-hand only few months ago: since the quick and sudden signing of the Iranian nuclear agreements on the 14th of July 2015, the country regained its honour within a couple of days, hours even, and finds itself most-desired as of then. These agreements happen after twelve years of Western to and fro, and whose suddenness can probably only be explained within the context of the struggle against the Islamic State – knowing that Tehran is the only regional power ready to deploy ground troops. De facto, Iran imposed itself as “the” partner of the international coalition against the IS led by the United States.
Beyond its active and determined participation in the war that proceeds against the Islamic State (a war, which the old Western allies in the Gulf do not wish to be a part of, the very Sunni Kingdom of Saudi Arabia being amongst the most reticent petrol monarchies to fight what they contributed to create, precisely to counter the growing influence of Shiites in Iraq and their Alawi ally in Syria), the new Iran of Hassan Rohani shows itself ready for all commercial and financial compromises that may heighten the appetite of the Atlantic capitalism, whose leaders, since then, have promptly put aside the numerous and diverse doubts that not long ago came across the lips of their diplomats when the aim was to stigmatise the (military) use of nuclear power of Persia. Now a contract is being negotiated about the purchase of 118 Airbuses, the big travel agencies already fight over the market shares of an already revived tourism, the Iranian petrol will inundate the European market with 700.000 barrels per day… and Federica Mogherini, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs of the European Union has hastily travelled to Tehran, veiled, to discuss the modalities of the opening of a permanent representation of the EU in the “country of Ayatollahs” (as it was still called not long ago).

أصبحت العاصمة الإيرانية فجأة مركزاً يستقطب الزوار من كل أنحاء العالم حالها كحال أمبيليكوس القديمة أو كمدينة بيت لحم عشية عيد الميلاد
يتدافع لزيارتها مبعوثو عواصم العالم ورؤساء الدول كذلك الفرنسيون والإيطاليون والسويسريون ومن كوريا الجنوبية ….الباحثون والسياح وممثلو الشركات متعددة الجنسيات كما يتدافع الحجاج حول الكعبة أيام الحج
لم تعد إيران تلك الدولة المارقة التي كانت خاضعة حتى الأشهر الأخيرة لعقوبات واشنطن وبروكسل، فمنذ توقيع الإتفاق النووي الإيراني السريع والمفاجئ في الرابع عشر من تموز من العام المنصرم أضحى هذا البلد في غضون أيام عدة لا بل ساعات وبجرة قلم في مرتبة شرف ومن الآن فصاعداً موضوعاً لكل الإطراءات. تم التوصل إلى الإتفاق بعد اثني عشر عاماً من المماطلة والتأفف الغربيين حيث يمكن تفسير الفجائية والحرص ربما في سياق الحرب على تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية فكما نعرف طهران هي القوة الإقليمية الوحيدة الجاهزة لنشر قوات على الأرض وقد فرضت نفسها بحكم الأمر الواقع كشريك أساسي في التحالف الدولي الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة ضد تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية
علاوةً على مشاركتها الفعالة والمصممة في الحرب المستمرة على تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية (لا يريد الحلفاء التقليديون للغرب في الخليج التورط فيها، أما المملكة العربية السعودية السنية جداً فهي واحدة من الممالك النفطية الأكثر عناداً في موضوع قتال هذا التنظيم التي ساهمت في خلقه بهدف صد الصعود القوي لشيعة العراق وحلفائهم العلويين في سوريا) تظهر إيران الجديدة بقيادة حسن روحاني جاهزةً لمختلف التفاهمات التجارية والمالية القابلة لإثارة شهية الرأسمالية الأطلسية التي وضع قادتها جانباً الشكاوى العديدة التي رددها دبلوماسيوهم في الماضي القريب بخصوص النووي (العسكري) لفارس: اتفاق لشراء 118 طائرة إيرباص ، تتنازع وكالات السفر حصتها من السياحة في هذا البلد ، سيغرق النفط الإيراني السوق الأوربية بمقدار 700 ألف برميل في اليوم… فيما تسرع فيديريكا موغريني الممثلة السامية للإتحاد الأوربي للشؤون الخارجية إلى طهران، وقد وضعت الحجاب على رأسها ، من أجل مناقشة كيفية افتتاح مكتب تمثيل دائم للإتحاد في (بلاد آيات الله) كما كانت تسمى منذ عهد قريب
